LICENSED MENTAL HEALTH THERAPIST & COACH
Embrace Change.
Explore Life Possibilities Through Therapy.
Life may look ok on the outside.
But on the inside, things might feel different…
Perhaps you feel unfulfilled, or disconnected from the people and moments that matter most to you.
Maybe you feel weighed down by comparisons or the constant push to do more, leaving you unable to pause and appreciate your progress.
No matter how hard you work or how much you give, there’s a sense that it’s still not enough - leading you to question the value of your path and self-worth.
How I Can Help
01
Therapy
I work with a broad range of mental health conditions including anxiety, depression, life transitions, sleep problems, ADHD, stress and relationships concerns - both in English and Spanish.
I use evidence-based therapy to focus on goals, optimal treatment, and lasting change for individuals who reside in MN.
02
Intercultural Relationships
I support first and second-generation new Americans and others in navigating the challenges of acculturation, helping you build fulfilling lives in a new country while maintaining connections to your cultural heritage.
Additionally, I work with intercultural couples to foster mutual understanding and build strong, thriving relationships.
03
Better Sleep
I offer a personalized approach for identifying and effectively overcoming the three distinct types of insomnia: difficulty getting to sleep, challenges with staying asleep, and broken or interrupted sleep patterns.
I use Cognitive Behavioral Therapy for Insomnia (CBT-I), which has been shown to more effective than medication in the long run.

Growth may be tough, but you are not alone.

“One can choose to go back toward safety or forward toward growth. Growth must be chosen again and again; fear must be overcome again and again.”
